Assessment of choroidal thickness before and after steep Trendelenburg position using swept-source optical coherence tomography.

・20名の健康ﾎﾞﾗﾝﾃｨｱで、頭を40度下げた強いTrendelenburg体位(STP)を取った時の脈絡膜厚の変化について検討した。
・手術ベッドの頭を下げる方法で体位変更する前、STP直後, 5,10,15分後に血圧、脈拍と共に脈絡膜厚を測定した。
・脈絡膜厚はETDRS部位の平均値で求めた。
・体位変更前256.51±9.20μ→直後268.18±9.24(p<0.01)→5分後264.25±9.30(p=0.03)と有意に増加。
・ただ、10分後262.51±9.34(p=0.15)→15分後261.38±9.40(p=0.37)と戻ってきた（TY)
