Combination of verteporfin photodynamic therapy and ranibuzumab: effects on retinal anatomy choroidal perfusion and visual function in the protect study.

・AMDによるoccult or predominantly classic 中心窩下CNVで、ranibizumab 0.5mg硝子体注射と同時に通常のPDT(600mW/cm2)を受け（必要であれば、3，6，9カ月後も）、その後、毎月、計3回のranibizumab硝子体注射を受けた11名の患者を対象とした。
・9カ月後、7例は3－24文字改善、1例は不変、3例は8－24文字悪化した。併用療法後1週間以内にCNVはFAで閉塞が確認された。
・Verteporfin/ranibizumab併用療法は有効であろう
