Twenty-four-hour intraocular pressure control with the travoprost/timolol maleate fixed combination compared with travoprost when both are dosed in the evening in primary opne-angle glaucoma.

・POAGで、travoprost単体と、travoprost/timolol maleate fixed combination(TTFC)合剤を夕方１回点眼の効果を２４時間眼圧で比較した。
・32眼で６週間のwash-out期間後に、TTFCか単剤を8週間、その後、切り替えて別剤を８週間使用（randomised)。
・wash-out最後と治療中に24時間眼圧を測定した。
・TTFCでは、travoprost単剤より、すべての時間で2.4mmHg以上眼圧が低かった(p<0.047)。
・24時間内の眼圧変動はTTFCで3.0mmHg、単剤で4.0mmHgで有意にTTFCで少なかった(p=0.001)。
