Value of internal limiting membrane peeling in surgery for idiopathic macular hole stage 2 and 3: a randomised clinical trial.

・78眼のstage 2,3の発症後1年未満の黄斑円孔硝子体手術を、1)硝子体手術のみ群、2)ICG染色ILM剥離群、3)TB染色ILM剥離群に分けて、結果を検討した。
・初回閉鎖率はstage２では、ICG群100%、ILM非剥離群55%(p=0.014)、stage３では、ICG群91%、TB群89%、ILM非剥離群36%(p<0.001)で、有意にILM剥離群で良かったが、円孔閉鎖例では視力値に群間差はなかった
