・67名の健康人の両眼の黄斑厚をStratus OCTで3回測定し、9つのETDRS fieldに分けて検討した。
・RNFLは視神経乳頭に近い一つの部位でのみ測定した。
・全ETDRS領域で全黄斑容積やRNFL厚は年齢とともに低下していた。
・網膜厚は 0.26-0.46μm/y、黄斑容積は 0.01mm3/y、RNFL厚は 0.09μm/yづつ減少。
・網膜厚が薄くなる原因の20%はRNFLが薄くなっていることが要因である。
