・30名の若い健常者の右眼で、OCTを用いてRNFLと黄斑厚を測定した。
・測定は頭をまっすぐにした時と、頭を右傾斜ならびに左に傾斜させて行った（測定時には視神経乳頭の回転は平均で8度から9度）。
・RNFLは上方50度、下方200度当たりが一番厚いが、頭傾斜によって測定値がずれるため、結果の評価に注意が必要である。
