・風邪症候群の後で急激に片眼性の中心視力が低下する「片眼性急性特発性網膜症 Unilateral acute idiopathic maculopathy UAIM)」は、滲出性の黄斑剥離を伴い発症し、自然に軽快するとともに視力も改善する病態であるが、原因は不明である。
・今回、28歳のUAIMで視力が手動弁まで低下し、OCTでIS/OSﾗｲﾝの消失がみられた。
・ﾌﾟﾚﾄﾞﾆｿﾞﾛﾝ6mg/日開始から、漸減し、3ヶ月間使用。
・Coxackievirus A16, Echovirus 30抗体が上昇していた。
・3週間後、視力は0.5に回復、IS/OSは消失のまま。
・7週間後、視力は1.0、IS/OSは傍中心窩に出現。
・3ヶ月後、IS/OSは不規則ながら中心窩にも出現。
・4ヶ月後にはIS/OSはほぼ正常に戻った
