・円錐角膜と白内障のある4眼について、小さな円形窓のあるIOL(IC-8 IOL AcuFocus製)を角膜切開での白内障手術後に挿入し、同時にtopography-photorefractive keratectomy(T-PRK)と角膜クロスリンキングCXLを行った。
・IC-8の中心の円形窓は1.36mmで、円錐角膜、角膜移植後、ＲＫ眼や角膜瘢痕などによる角膜不整のある人に対して、ピンホール効果を狙って作製されたものである。（TY）
