Attachment of Acanthamoeba to first- and second-generation silicone hydrogel contact lenses.

・１st-generation silicon hydrogel：Focus Night & Day
２nd-generation silicon hydrogel：Acuvue Advance
conventional hydrogel lens：Acuvue（J & J)
・未使用、使用中（7日間使用で7日目に提供）、緑膿菌biofilm coatedの３種類
・90分間、acanthamoeba castellanii trophozoites の培養液中で培養する
・１st-genには、２nd-gen、conventionalよりも有意に acanthamoebaが接着（p<0.001)
・使用済み、biofilm coatedのものは、１st-genでは接着に差はなかった（p=0.426)。２nd-genでは（p<0.001)、conventionalでは（p=0.009）の有意で接着しやすい
・ただ、使用済み、biofilm coatedの２nd-gen、conventionalでも、１st-genよりは有意に接着が少なかった（p<0.001)
