・Optical Zone markerを使用して、20%ｱﾙｺｰﾙを40秒間作用し、上皮を円ｼｰﾄとして剥離除去した
・平均23.5ヵ月経過観察
・11例で著効（6-40ヵ月)。8例は無症状。1例は施行１ヵ月で２回の軽度の再発
