Intravitreal ranibizumab, intravitreal ranibizumab with PDT, and intravitreal triamcinolone with PDT for the treatment of retinal angiomatous proliferation. A prospective study.

・Retinal angiomatous proliferation 37眼37例に対して、0.5mg ranibizumab 3回月例群13眼（G1), PDT１回＋ranibizumab 3回月例群13眼（G2)、PDT１回＋4mg IVTA１回治療群11例（G3)を比較した。
・G1の61.53%、G2の76.92%、G3の全例で6ヶ月後に視力は同等あるいは改善していた。
・中心網膜厚減少は、G1で中央値230→208:平均減少32.23μ(p=0.5)、G2で220→195:20.31μ(P=0.042)、G3で245→195:73.92μ(p<0.0001)で、IVTA+PDT群が最良であった
