・網膜剥離に対して硝子体手術(ｶﾞｽ注入)を行った20例で術後の黄斑移動と黄斑機能について検討した。
・黄斑移動は術後3か月目の自発蛍光で判定し、黄斑機能はOCT、多局所ERG、視力、両眼視で判定した。
・60%で黄斑移動がみられたが、移動量と両眼視や視力との関連はなかったし、多局所ERGとの関連もなかった。（TY）
